Nero use to work real well for me when I first started using it, but in the past couple of years, it has been REAL FLAKEY. It sometimes just stops in the middle of a project. I was creating a movie, I it generated the chapters, everything was going well, so I thought. I woke up the next morning and it was TRANSCODING THE MENU, from the night before. Now this is the problem i've had for a long time. I would add a file(movie) do all my chapters, fonts menu's the works. I get to the last step, the burning process, click on the icon to burn, it's working good, I leave to do something, I come back, nothing, it is gone, i click on the icon in the lower right hand of the task bar and it says the program is still running, BUT!!!!! there's nothing there just the Windows desk top screen. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE?????
